Dear Maria Di Nicola, I have contacted a Trademark Lawyer, and your trademark infringement on Mapquest.com, also known as System 1 AKA Verizon, has been actively and illegally involved with aggressively using my Boston Electrolysis® Trademark, US Registration 88520252, without my written permission. Your employees have been instructed to lie to me. You have been in a state of active trademark  infringement of my Boston Electrolysis trademark infringement without my legal authorization. On March 17, I called you at 6:01 A.M at your phone number 602-246-1966, and I was really shocked at your disgusting tyrannical rage coupled with a foul-mouth that would make a drunken sailor blush. It really proved that you have no conception of what it’s like to be a licensed and registered professional. The first three times I politely asked your staff to stop advertising as Boston Electrolysis, I asked to speak to you, but you refused to speak to me in any form or manner. I relayed that to your staff members with multiple requests to speak to you. All I asked you to do was to stop advertising on the Internet as Boston Electrolysis®. I remember our first conversation when you said, “I was the best electrolysis in town” in a most threatening vile nature. There were many times you slandered me in places where you were not required to be a state licensed and registered electrologist. I have made a few requests where I asked you to stop advertising as Boston Electrolysis® by illegally purloining my trademarked business name, “Boston Electrolysis®’’ on the  Mapquest.com website which infringes my Boston Electrolysis trademark registration.

Below is a copy of Maria Di Nicola illegally advertising as Boston Electrolysis on Mapquest.com.

MapQuest

https://www.mapquest.com › … › Arizona › Phoenix  Without a doubt, Arizona Laser & Electrolysis was owned by Maria Di Nicolas and is her former business name. Rumor is that she changed her business name because of a very big lawsuit caused by her use of the Laser. In my professional opinion, Senza Pelo Med Spa is not a professional establishment in Phoenix, AZ that specializes in laser hair removal and electrolysis services. Read more, Without one doubt, Maria Di Nicola your Trademark Infringement and your illegal abuse of my trademarked business name Boston Electrolysis® proves that you believe you’re above the law!  If you’re such a great electrologist and you claim that you trained under Betty Williams,  who was a Minnesota Licensed Manicurist; this is a joke with an outright source of humor. Your absolute refusal to cease and desist your illegal actions against myself will force me to seek aggressive legal action where your foul mouth will not be tolerated..

Maria Di Nicola, when you read Boston Electrolysis®, you must realize I put my heart and soul and scientific research into writing legitimate scientific articles that you ignore. Kimberly Williams, R.E., Owner and Founder of Boston Electrolysis®, also known as Bostonelectrolysis.com. Maria, you are to promise in writing or the complaints to Google and other search engines will start before we go to trial with other charges of “Professional Identity Theft,” Blatantly ignoring the law and my Civil Rights, coupled with your willful trademark and copyright infringement, is a class one felony. Nonetheless, Maria Di Nicola, please don’t blame me for your lack of your “Professional Education”, as anyone without a high school diploma can become member of the American Electrology Association and become a Certified Professional Electrologist with little or no work ethic.

Maria Di Nicola, you’re illegally making income using my professional reputation, and that will not be tolerated in any form or manner. Don’t blame me for your complete lack of a non-accredited professional education. Maria Di Nicola, you claim to be Trans-Friendly; however, you are envious of Transwomen that have achieved a professional education with hard work, and my ability to achieve an educational status that you never ever thought possible. It’s my professional education and abilities that allowed me to become a Massachusetts Licensed & Registered Electrologist. In essence, Maria Di Nicola, your jealous envy smacks of hate, and your abuse towards me proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that your jealous envy of my professional status clearly proves that you hate Transwomen like myself. Your tunnel vision views Transwomen as nothing less than an economic commodity.

However, on Hairtell.com, Maria Di Nicola made this post which was misleading to say the least! I know this is an old post, but I thought I answered the question. Fact: Maria DeNicola, I did not attend an  accredited electrolysis school at the Az State School of Electrolysis 27 1/2 years ago; It was supposedly located at 515 W. Dunlap Avenue. Nonetheless, the owner of the supposed Electrolysis School, Miss Betty Williams was a Minnesota  licensed manicurist with the State of Minnesota, and not a licensed electrologist in any form or manner. She closed her school many years ago. Maria Di Nicola claims she graduated from a counterfeit electrolysis school under the name Maria Alonge. I do know why Maria Di Nicola is committing Trademark infringement and I do have a bone to pick with her. After I called the state boards of post-secondary Education where Maria Di Nicola claimed, she had to prove that the school did exist. Then she never posted on her site about this. Simply and honestly, why did Maria Di Nicola fail to reply? However, I recently caught Maria Di Nicolas advertising Boston Electrolysis® on Mapquest.com. Fact. I truly wish she would stop sexually harassing me because I am a post-operative Transwoman since 1980. I demand that Maria Di Nicola, owner of Senza Pelo Med Spa, would stop her sexual harassment of the Trans-Community and Transelectrologists like my self.. However, it is apparent, Maria DeNicola can’t stand a Transwoman who is a Massachusetts Licensed and Registered Electrologist with a Licensed professional license because our education and skilled professional treatments overpowered her jealousy of my being Massachusetts Licensed and Registered Electrologist.

Maria, this last is my offer.  I am Kimberly Williams, R.E., Massachusetts Licensed & Registered Electrologist, 1979. By the way, in my 44 years, I never have had one complaint on my professional license. By the way, your illegal advertising by Marie Di Nicola, aka Senzo Pelo Med Spa, which is a non-licensed, uneducated electrologist practice. Her action and substandard work using my trademarked business name Boston Electrolysis is totally illegal and this is her last chance before I take legal action.

Maria, put it in writing that you will cease and desist using Boston Electrolysis in any form manner. I have saved all your emails that will  expose you as a co-conspirator on Mapquest because you’re paying them to illegally assign my registered trademark without written authorization.

In summation, I will put in writing that this is the last time you will infringe my Boston Electrolysis trademark in any form or manner on a permanent basis period. However, Marie Di Nicola, you could have gone to electrolysis school in California and Utah part-time after first obtaining your GED. By the way, your unprofessional filthy foul mouth and derogatory remarks prove what you are. Please don’t blame me because you did not attend and graduate from high school, so you could go to an accredited electrolysis school. Your total lack of education stems from your parents who taught language sets an example of how you behave. In the end, Maria, you and your daughter could have attended a real electrolysis school.

However, Maria Di Nicola, you must be pretty desperate for business and to steal from me proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that non-licensed electrologists of your pathogenic nature and personality poison the electrolysis profession, because they have no respect for the electrolysis profession in any form or manner.
